At Label Zuka, we provide detailed shipping information, to create a more transparent and reliable shopping environment for our customers. Please read the below terms clearly before placing an order with us.
- Shipping Costs:- Shipping is free above INR 3500, across India. For any order below that, the shipping will be calculated as per the weight and place the garment is ordered from.
- Order Processing time:- Once we receive your order, it takes us 7 working days to dispatch your order, any delays from our side, will be communicated over the phone number and email address provided by the customer.
- Shipping Carriers:- For most of our orders, we have tied up with Shree Maruti Courier Services as our trusted delivery partner. There can be certain places where they do not provide services, in that case, we will update the courier company with the tracking ID on the phone number and Email ID provided by you.
- Tracking Orders:- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the Tracking ID on the phone number and Email ID provided by you.
- Shipping Restrictions:- For now, we are only taking orders across India. Orders from any places where the government has restricted online delivery will not be entertained.
- Shipping Delays:- We, at Label Zuka, will not be liable for shipping delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, public holidays both state and national or natural calamities.
- Split Shipments:- We do not offer split shipments (shipping items from the same order separately) as of now.
- Lost or Damaged Shipments:- We take utmost care in packaging our garments with double protection to minimize damage, just in case your shipment arrives damaged, kindly provide pictures of the packaging and product as immediately as you receive them on the provided WhatsApp number, we will provide you with a replacement free of cost. In rare circumstances that the same garment is not available, you will have a choice to buy something else of the same value or a 100% refund. The refund process might take 3-5 working days in your original mode of payment.
- Returns and Exchanges:- Please refer to the link for returns and exchanges.
- Shipping to Multiple Addresses:- As of now, we do not send orders to multiple addresses under a single order. Please create separate orders for multiple addresses.
- International Shipping:- As of now, our delivery is available only across India. Currently, we do not accept international orders.
